Restore Employment creates & operates social enterprise businesses throughout our community to create long lasting, transformational change in economic mobility outcomes for youth & adults who have been deeply harmed by the impact of segregation & often lack social capital. We exist to grow, develop & lead others who in turn grow, develop & lead economic opportunities for our community.

Empowering Individuals with a holistic 18-month program

Group 105

Restore Employment currently offers supportive employment to more than 80 men and women, and youth internship programming to more than 30 youth. Most adults in our program are in re-entry, recovery, seeking to regain custody of children and have been stuck in a multi-generational poverty cycle that will take a holistic approach to break. 

Both our youth & adult supportive employment programming focuses as much on healing and unleashing leadership and vision as it does on developing work readiness skills. We believe that when we take this multi-generational approach we can succeed in seeing whole families break whole cycles of generational poverty for their whole lives & the flourishing of our whole community.

Youth Program

Our youth internship program partners with our next generation of leaders to provide opportunities for them to achieve their dreams. By providing hands-on experience, mentorship, and skills development, we not only help students gain motivation to graduate, but create immediate employability to ensure that whether or not they choose to go to higher-education or directly into a career they have all the tools to build a brighter future for themselves and our community.

Adult Program

Our adult supportive employment opportunities provide individuals in re-entry, recovery or the process of reunification with employment within on our our social enterprise businesses to ensure income, job training, life skills classes, and wraparound case management can ensure that a family is able to break a cycle of poverty.
